Taking Charge

Andrew finally reached the top floor of the building and spotted the secretary, who had been described as a lunatic by the receptionist, sitting at the corner just before the office of the head manager.

Approaching her politely, Andrew said, "Excuse me, ma'am. I'm here as a shareholder of this company, and I would like to discuss an important matter with the manager. Could you please inform him?"

Skeptically eyeing Andrew, the secretary replied "A shareholder, huh? How can a young college kid like you claim to be one? Do you even understand the value of a single share?" She leisurely scanned Andrew from head to toe, asserting her doubt.

Andrew tried to clarify himself once more, saying, "I assure you, it would be in your best interest to relay my message to your boss."
