At the veterinary clinic, Aldrich watched the little cat they had rescued. The vet was cleaning the wound, and it looked severe.

"This cat has developed a slight infection, I'm going to give her antibiotics and injections, if it takes any longer she may not be able to use her legs."

The vet looked at the two of them as he explained the cat's problem.

"But the cat is fine now, right, doc?" Selena asked with concern.

"The cat will be fine, but she needs to be cared for here."

Selena nodded and exhaled as she felt a little calmer than before. After the cat's treatment, she and Aldrich immediately left the clinic.

"If the cat is well do you want to take care of it Selena?"

Aldrich walked on, meaning what to ask without looking at Selena. A few people passed them, and the clear sky made them comfortable as they walked under it.

"Yes, he must have a hard time living alone. Don't you allow it, Aldrich?"
