The next day, in the morning, Dim-Dim woke up upon hearing French voices in the hallway outside his room, and immediately got up to prepare.

At 8, he flew to the Venator building in the form of a bird and arrived there within a few minutes. He was immediately greeted by Velicia and her friends. Today, Velicia's hair was dyed blue, like blue cotton candy.

"Your hair has changed," said Dim-Dim, and the girl blushed with delight.

"It's my power!" she exclaimed.

Dim-Dim's eyes widened, as he wondered how that power could be used to fight monsters, but was too afraid to ask Velicia about it.

"Let's go," Velicia pulled Dim-Dim's hand, inviting him to join her group walking towards the arena. Dim-Dim followed her, and then his eyes were drawn to Clarinassa Clark who was waiting in the middle of the arena. Beside her was a large cage that was ready to be opened anytime.

"Hi, guys, ready for joint training?" asked Clarinassa. For today, she's wearing a casual black t-shirt.

After receiving a notification about a type A monster in the Toronto forest, Dim-Dim hurried back to his apartment to change into his new Illicitor uniform, which he had never worn before, and then searched for his infrared glasses for a moment. He found the glasses under the bed, and by then he had wasted five minutes."Dim-Dim, you're almost late!" Clarinassa Clark exclaimed as Dim-Dim arrived in front of the Venator building. A van was waiting for them, and the driver looked very annoyed.Jay Oliver smiled warmly when he saw the infrared glasses in Dim-Dim's shirt pocket. "Well, at least you didn't forget those glasses.""No," Dim-Dim replied. He didn't want to miss seeing Jay's terrifying passive infrared weapon traps. "By the way, where's Damian's team?" He looked around but didn't see Damian, Dr. Valee, or Charlotte Mew anywhere. He saw Florence Taslim standing leaning against the side of the van, and Xavera Mathers was reading a book inside the van with the door open, but Icaro

There's a city we need to protect," Clarinassa said. That same afternoon, Dim-Dim, Clarinassa, Icaros, Jay, Florence, and Xavera set off for Toronto.Their driver grumbled that the journey would take at least 9 hours to arrive, possibly in the dark, with the monster already active. So, he would drop off Clarinassa, Xavera Mathers, and Jay Oliver at the airport so they could arrive in the city earlier and handle the situation as best they could, while Dim-Dim, Icaros, and Flo followed later with the van."I actually have a million questions about where you've been, Icaros, causing us to be late for almost an hour—and we're all docked points—and by the end of the month, our pay will be cut by $100 each—but I guess I'm more concerned about your well-being," Flo said as they sat in the van, preparing to sleep through the journey to recharge. Its screams were ear-piercing."Dim-Dim, this monster is extremely fierce, please be careful," Clarinassa's anxious voice sounded through the earpiece in his ears as Dim-Dim searched for a tree to land."Perhaps it's pregnant," Xavera said. "I suspect from the excessive lubricant fluid on its feet.""Oh. You're right," Clarinassa said, and suddenly Dim-Dim became terrified."In that case, we can't kill it," Florence Taslim said. Dear, Dim-Dim, the greatest veterinarian in the world! (if not in my heart)Right now I'm in a city that is extremely remote on the border between Malaysia and Thailand. It's nice here. The air is humid and warm. The children here are quite friendly. Currently, it's Eid, so the adults are distributing food and money. I don't have much money (I think I'm broke!) so I treated them to ice cream. Look at our photo eating ice cream, isn't it sweet? I will return to France, to work and earn money to travel the world again. But I thought I'd visit you first before becoming a corporate slave again, for motivation. See you at your clinic! With love, Velicia.PS: I attached my phone number. By the time my letter arrives, I should be in your country! The letter arrived the next day, along with a piece of paper containing a phone number and a photo of a woman with curly red hair eating ice cream with five children who appear to be locals. They looked happy, so Dim-Dim felt a little jealous.Dim-D

The unpleasant incident occurred one month after Amma became a partner veterinarian at the clinic where she worked. At that time, Dim-Dim had so many patients arriving that the waiting room was full. There was a child who brought twelve of his cats to be injected for scabies, and there was a dog that slipped from the third floor and needed immediate surgery. The dog's case was so severe that Dim-Dim had to consult with his university professor. He was in the midst of this important meeting via Skype when a wealthy man arrived with a bodyguard.Billy barged in uninvited into Dim-Dim's workspace, startling Dim-Dim and Ron, who were deeply engaged in a discussion with the university professor."What's going on? You can't just barge in like this!" protested Ron, but Billy's bodyguard immediately pushed him aside, causing Billy to cough and bow."Are you the owner of this clinic?" Returning in the sweater that fit her perfectly and with the pajama pants rolled up to fit, she wrapped her hair in a towel and took a seat across from Dim-Dim at the breakfast bar."Thanks for letting me use your bathroom.
