139: Beach Mess

"Seeing the monsters swimming towards them, Dim-Dim suddenly felt his heartbeat rise in his throat.

"It can't be," he said. "I thought sea monsters only existed in the ocean waters of Asia."

Hearing this, his friends immediately turned to look at him.

Justin stared at the monsters with a blank expression. "Oh, it's good we came here," he muttered. "So we're not surprised when those monsters come and wreak havoc on the beach and the whole city of The Hague."

Amma sighed. "We need to send a message to the Society. Somehow these monsters managed to arrive here undetected."

"Someone must have tampered with the sea sensors," mumbled Dim-Dim.

"Alright, I'll give you a moment to send your message," said Justin, and Dim-Dim quickly typed a notification message to the Society of Venatores of Europe. After finishing typing, Justin gave him a second to send the message, setting everything back in motion as time resumed around them, and the monsters were now one feet closer to them.
