The dining space went dead silent for a while until the monks arrived at the scene. Cory didn't know when he looked away from the scene to Anna, who was just lifting her body from his neck.

Anna took a gaze at him and then looked away almost in a blush. But that wasn't even the right time for such feelings. There was something more urgent right in front of them.
