2025-04-15 05:32:34Bella looked around the room she has to admit that it was great. Most schools won't have such a room for students. But thinking about the money that her mother had payed for the school, she calmed down. At least it was worth it. Bella knew that those two girls, Lily and Cynthia were looking at her. She was going to ignore it but she could not do it any longer. She turned to look at the both of them if they have something to say to her they should just say it. Why beat around the bush? "Do the both of you have something to say to me? Why do you keep looking at me?" Bella asked.
Lily and Cynthia were startled. They did not think that she was going to be so straightforward. But they could not be blamed. Bella had yelled at Rachel in front of everyone just now, and she even seemed like she knew Nelson and Mike, of course everyone was interested in her. She is a new student, how does she know them. "Hey Bella, you probably don't know right? The entire school is talking about you!" Lily told her.
Bella blinked. Why would they be talking about her? What did she do? "What? Why will they be talking about me?" She asked.
"Do you know Mike and Nelson?" It was Cynthia who asked her this.
Bella stopped for a minute. She thought of the two boys that she had seen just now. One of them was the complete jerk that had made her feel embarrassed the first time that they met and the other one is the guy who saved her when that complete physopath wanted to do something bad to her. Now that Bella was thinking about, what the hell is this? How come those two people are in the same school with her? She definitely did not mind being in the same school with the guy who saved her, in fact it was perfect! Thinking about him, there was a smile on her face.
Bella returned back to the present to see that two people were staring intently at her. So their names are Nelson and Mike? But who is Nelson and who is Mike? She did not know this yet. That day, he refused to tell her his name. He said that they won't be seeing each other again. Thinking about how indifferent he was then, Bella was a bit hurt. "Mike and Nelson? Those two boys in the hallway just now? I bumped into them once before I came here. So what if I've seen them before? What's the big deal?" Bella asked. She still did not understand why these girls were making a big deal out of it.
Lily and Cynthia gave each a weird look. Did she just ask what the big deal is? This girl, she really doesn't know anything right? On her first day of school she yelled at Rachel, and somehow she knows Mike and Nelson, just who is she? She knows the both of them and she is still asking what the big deal is. Well, to some point, jr was understandable. She is still new here and she probably doesn't know that Mike and Nelson are the two most popular people in this school! She does not know that half the people who came here are here because they want to form come kind of connection with them that will be helpful in the future!
Of course Bella did not know this. She is just a normal girl being raised by her single mother. How is she supposed to know how the lives of these rich kids are? At this point, Bella has no idea what she had gotten herself into. Lily was the one who spoke up. "wait, you've met Nelson and Mike before and you still don't think that it's a big deal? Do you even know that Nelson and Mike are the two most popular people in this school right now? Nelson has been away for two years and he just came back today but he is still very popular!" She could not help blabbing.
Bella however, did not care about this. She was still thinking about that boy. The one that helped her. If it wasn't for him, she did not know what that stupid Nelson would have done to her that day. She did not even want to think about that crazy and sick things that he would have done. He helped her out, and so she should at least thank him right? Too bad that day she did not get to talk with him much. He just told her that they won't be seeing each other again. Bella had been disappointed but there was nothing that she could do that day since he already left.
But somehow, the both of them ended up in the same school! It really is a wonderful development and she was happy that it turned out like this! Maybe she could get a chance to thank him properly? No, not maybe, she would definitely find a way to thank him for what he did to her. "Umm, I have a question for you girls. I hope you don't mind. The other boy, the one that I walked into, what's his name?" Bella asked. She wanted to know if he is Nelson or Mike. She really needs to the thank him for that day.
Cynthia and Lily looked at each other. It seemed like this woman does not listen to the things that they have been saying to her. It seems like she did not care at all! She somehow knows Mike and Nelson and she treats it like it's not a big deal at all! She knows the both of them and she is still asking what the big deal is. Cynthia and Lily looked at each other and smiled. It was just like Mike. It's definitely his style to help others out when they are in trouble. Everyone knows what he is like. Even today, in the hallway, Nelson had been trying to humiliate that Rachel in front of everyone but Mike came to her aid. The both of them almost laughed at tht thought of that incident. If Mike had not stepped in to help her, Rachel would have been the laughing stock of everyone in Viants High right now.
Of course these girls did not know what it was really about. They did not know why Mike had stepped in to help Rachel just now. They all just thought that he was being nice as usual. Back to Bella, the both of them thought that Bella was really lucky to be helped by Mike. "Wow Bella I really can't believe this. You ran into Mike and he helped you? Well he is always like this. He is always helping people in need. But you are really lucky to have ran into him! I'm jealous!" Lily said. You could see the fangirling in her eyes. "But how did you meet Nelson?" Cynthia asked. Nelson is even more complicated than Mike. How did she meet him? Did he help her too?
Bella scoffed at the mention of that name. Since Mike is the one that helped her, Bella automatically knew that the other one, that complete jerk is Nelson. Thinking about what he did to her, she felt the embarrassment all over again. She looked at Lily and Cynthia and she realized that the both of them were looking at her waiting for the story. What is she supposed to tell the both of them? That she met Nelson and because he is so handsome she was lost looking at his face and then he snapped at her and embarrassed her?
Bella shook her head. She can't tell them that, it would be too embarrassing for her! She can't do it at all! Even if she is going to tell them anything, she is going to make out that Nelson to be a complete jerk so that she doesn't embarrass herself. "Nelson, he is a complete jerk! He is completely stupid and I hate him! He walked into me in front of a restaurant and as if that wasn't enough he tried to embarrass me! Who does he think he I?" Bella asked. She smiled to herself. Her story is perfect. She is now the victim.
Lily and Cynthia and shook their heads. Bella really is something. She yelled back at Rachel in front of everyone, they knew that Bella won't let that go anytime soon. And now she is even saying bad things about Nelson here. Good thing she is only saying it to them and not to anyone else in Viants High. The both of them just hoped that she would learn about this school soon enough so that she won't get herself into trouble that she won't be able to handle. They really hoped that she won't be getting into trouble any time soon.
Cynthia suddenly had an idea. "Hey Bella. Why don't you take you on a tour of Viants High? This school is really big and it's quite easy to get lost and lose your way" Cynthia said. Bella looked at the both of them in gratitude. "really, you guys are going to do that for me?" Bella asked. She remembered how she went into that boy's room and she shuddered. She definitely did not want to experience something like that ever again. This school is really big and it's quite easy to get lost.
Lily looked at Cynthia and she nodded her head. Lily was convinced. "Alright then. We'll take you on a tour of our school. Let's go" Lily said.
