Miles took the glass close to his mouth but paused abruptly and closed his eyes. All eyes fell on him as they awaited the stunt he was about to pull since it seemed like the ones he had been pulling were not enough yet.

"I changed my mind. The water is not chilled enough," Miles uttered as he dropped the glass cup on the table, and James clenched his fingers tightly as waves of anger spurred through him. For a moment, he felt like strangling Miles, but who was he to act in front of Mr. Mario when it already seemed like he was on Miles's side?

"Why is the atmosphere so tense?" Miles asked out of the blue moon as he looked around even though he knew why the sudden tension.
