124: Pregnant?

Benjamin Price was rushed to the hospital but that didn't mean he was liberated. Two policemen were still outside his hospital ward and despite him being in a coma, his right hand was still chained to the bed, so he wouldn't use any means to escape if he hurt himself.

Liam who had overheard this didn't feel any form of remorse for the old man, he was starting to harden his heart towards each and every one of his enemies.

"He's yet to wake up from a coma and the trial is in two days," Sinclair informed Liam the following day at his office.

Liam drummed his fingers on his desk and clenched his jaw. He seemed to be extremely grumpy and in a sour mood.

"Last time, I called the prosecutor that I was willing to drop charges, so Charlotte was freed from the cell because she was yet to be exposed for my father's murder. Now this is different, I'll meet my uncle in court even if they'll have to bring him to the court gallery through a stretcher."

"What if he dies?" Sinclair raised his brows.
