Lord Simeon screamed in anger as he heard the the scruffy young man’s voice.

David understood that he had made a mistake out of habit so he corrected himself. “I’m sorry Lord Simeon. He bowed his head. I heard your call.”

This time Madam Simeon chimed in. “Are you deaf? What have you been doing since? My husband has been calling you but you are only just arriving now! Do you want to get a good beating?!”

“Yes, what’s wrong with you David. Are you that pathetic?! Didn’t you hear my father calling you and what gives a trash like you the right to call my him father?!” Clara did not back down from screaming at the young man either.

David did not have a happy expression on his face at the moment when the three of them were aggressively attacking him verbally.

No one likes it when they are being insulted by anyone but at the moment, the three people insulting David were just not anyone. These three people are supposed to be his
