Chapter 55: The Rowling TV

The room fell silent, with all eyes fixed on Adina's unexpected exposure. Ron's colleagues gasped and snickered, trying to stifle their laughter. Kate's eyes widened in shock, while Ron himself raised an eyebrow, seemingly unphased.

Adina's face turned beet red with rage and embarrassment. She quickly straightened up, trying to cover herself with her hands. "This is unacceptable!" she shouted, trying to regain control of the situation.

Ron, however, remained calm and composed. "As I was saying," he continued, "trust is key in this partnership. We need to show Erica Rowling that we're willing to work together, not just try to secure a deal at any cost."

The room was still in disarray, but Ron's words slowly brought everyone's attention back to the presentation. Adina, still fuming, tried to compose herself, but her authority had been undermined.

As Ron continued to explain his strategy, his colleagues listened intently, impressed by his confidence and expertise. Even Adina couldn't den
