Mr. Michael’s words were met with no further reply. They knew there was no point in saying anything more. What was done was done. There was nothing more to be done now. Everyone quietly went to their rooms.

After a short break, Tulip asked, "What happened to your hand, Max?"

"It’s broken," Max answered flatly.

"How?"

"I’ll explain," said Jack. Then, he told them everything that happened on their way.

Luna asked, with some concern, "Are you all okay?"

"No. I’m fine. Max just has a small cut on his head."

A little while later, they were called for dinner. They all went to eat. Everyone was there, but no one spoke. They quietly ate. When they were about to get up after finishing, Mr. Michael said, "Look, I don’t want anything to happen to any of you because of my daughter. I told your uncle not to come, but he didn’t listen to me. Even so, you’ve come here to visit. I want you to enjoy your time and leave safely. There’s no need for you to get involved in all of this. Luna was about to say something when, just then, Jack pressed his hand over her mouth. Luna looked at Jack with a questioning gaze. Jack leaned in close to her ear and whispered, "Stay quiet."Though Luna hadn’t fully understood, her sixth sense told her, "Stay quiet now." Responding to her sixth sense, she stayed silent."What happened?" James asked in a hushed voice. In response, Jack signaled for him to stay quiet by putting a finger to his lips. James understood and fell silent. But the question lingering in both their minds was, Why did Jack act like that?It seemed like the answer to their question came when the cheetah suddenly roared. James lifted his head, peeking through a gap in the tree, and saw a large cheetah standing not far from them. It wasn’t exactly standing—it was sniffing something, probably their scent. To confirm James’s thought, the cheetah started moving toward them. Jack saw it too. His body language had made it clear. Luna, too, had probably noticed it.Jack

She tried to push away the chaotic thoughts from her mind. She stepped out of the cave. Looking around, she began searching for Jack. Suddenly, her gaze became stuck in one direction. However, Jack and Luna had just been happy that they were alive. "You're alive?" Jack asked, his voice filled with excitement. "Can't you see?" Max laughed. "Well, I can see that." But have you seen the food? So many delicious dishes? And they are giving it to us on time. Apart from being trapped, they aren’t causing us any other trouble." Max said, "I don’t understand anything. Nothing is making sense." Suddenly, the sound of a lock opening was heard. At that sound, everyone fell silent.
