Chapter 89

A few years out of Saudade.

It didn't matter what season it was, in Denmark it was always cold. The freezing breeze was more severe that month and the snow fell, leaving the country sunk in a white landscape, the inhabitants didn't care, they went to the squares to watch the snowflakes fall, the children made huge dolls with the help of some adults, fights of snowball events happened.

The square that morning was reasonably full, it was Christmas Eve and everyone wanted to admire the huge tree decorated with red balls and white angels. In the center, the choir made up of teenagers sang typical Danish Christmas songs at the foot of the huge tree.
