Chapter #9: New Training Companions
The entire Silver Wolf pack had their realm increased by one level after consuming the medicinal food made by Tian Fan. Tian Fan noticed that most of the pack was now at the early to mid stages of their realm. The leader of the pack had received a slight boost from the medicinal food, bringing him closer to the mid-level Earth Realm. The Silver Wolf pack now had two beasts at the initial Earth level, with the rest at the Fighter Realm. Tian Fan had earned the trust of the pack and was considered a part of it, recognized for his strength, which was among the top three in the group.
---
Six full moons passed, and Tian Fan had begun to effectively communicate with his new friends. He had given names to each Silver Wolf to facilitate better interaction. The leaders of the pack were named Shandian and Rain, and thanks to Tian Fan, both had reached the intermediate level of the Earth Realm. Tian Fan himself was now at the late Black Realm. The presence of the pack had greatly aided him in strengthening his foundation through numerous battles.
Tian Fan did not shy away from helping his new friends become stronger. Over the past six months, he had managed to elevate the entire herd by one level. During this period, the Silver Wolf pack had become the strongest in the Inner Forest. As beasts, their instinct was to dominate and expand their territory. Tian Fan was indifferent to this, recognizing it as a natural part of a beast’s life cycle. As long as their relationship was beneficial to him, he didn’t mind it. The battles fought by the pack provided Tian Fan with spoils, as victorious battles often brought rewards in the form of defeated beasts.
---
A week had passed since the Silver Wolf pack had left. Tian Fan had been occupied with various medicinal concoction experiments, thanks to the large supply of medicinal plant materials he had. If the pack managed to enter the central area, Tian Fan could search for more medicinal plants. The central area of the Red Forest was known for its rare medicinal plants, which piqued Tian Fan’s curiosity.
Tian Fan sensed many auras approaching and recognized a familiar one. He knew Shandian and his pack had returned from their hunt. Tian Fan emerged from his cave, only to discover that the Silver Wolf pack had returned injured. Only Shandian and Rain had returned unharmed. Of Shandian and Rain's ten subordinate wolves, only seven had returned, though they were injured.
Without delay, Tian Fan treated the seven injured Silver Wolves, whom he considered friends. After addressing their wounds, he inquired about the whereabouts of the missing three wolves: Qin Fang, Qin Feng, and Qin Rou.
"Where are Qin Fang, Qin Feng, and Qin Rou?" Tian Fan asked using a code. Shandian looked in a specific direction. Observing Shandian’s body language, Tian Fan signaled to Rain and Shandian to show him where the missing wolves were.
Tian Fan followed Shandian, with Rain trailing behind. After half a day's journey, they arrived at the location where the other three beasts were found seriously injured. Qin Fang, Qin Feng, and Qin Rou were in a pitiful state. The wounds on them suggested two different types of attacks. It appeared they had been ambushed by another beast on their way back. Noting their deteriorating condition, Tian Fan quickly administered some anti-poison pills. After some time, he managed to stabilize them temporarily. What mattered most was that they were no longer in critical condition.
Curious about the injuries, Tian Fan traced the blood spatter left behind and followed it to where the three beasts had been attacked. From the traces and remains of the battle, it was clear that they had fought with a pack of hyena beasts. The hyenas, attracted by the smell of blood and the sight of the injured wolves, had intended to make the Silver Wolves their prey but apparently failed.
Hyena beasts not only hunt in packs but also have poisonous bites. After identifying the type of poison that had afflicted Qin Fang, Qin Feng, and Qin Rou, Tian Fan returned to their location. Seeing that their condition had improved slightly, he and the five Silver Wolves made their way back to the cave where Tian Fan lived.
On the slightly extended journey home due to the injured beasts, Tian Fan collected some medicinal plants. Accompanied by Shandian, he explored several areas in the forest.
“Grrrr,” Shandian growled and looked in a specific direction. Tian Fan, detecting the smell of blood in the air, followed Shandian. They discovered a group of hyena beasts, averaging entry and middle-level combatants.
Without hesitation, Shandian charged at the hyena herd, and Tian Fan joined the battle. His eagerness to fight had been building up, as it had been a while since he had participated in a fierce battle since joining the Silver Wolf pack. Due to the significant difference in strength, Shandian and Tian Fan quickly defeated the pack of hyenas.
Tian Fan collected body parts from several hyena beasts to use in making anti-venom pills.
“Hee… lpp…”
Tian Fan and Shandian turned toward the source of the sound. Shandian was ready to attack, but Tian Fan stopped him and approached the origin of the sound. There, he found two people lying seriously injured. A young man and woman were unconscious and covered in scratches and bites. The young man had severe wounds with torn flesh on his thighs, while the young woman was in worse condition, with a gaping wound in her stomach and intestines nearly exposed.
Tian Fan immediately provided first aid, closing the wounds and temporarily stopping the bleeding. He asked Shandian to carry the injured individuals on his back and took them both to his cave. Upon arrival, Tian Fan placed them on his bed and searched their storage bags for healing pills. After finding several bottles of healing pills and administering them, he discovered that they had no effect on the severity of their wounds.
Chapter #10 The first human patientTian Fan finally treated the two's wounds based on his own knowledge, because at this time that was the only option availableWithout hesitation, Tian Fan began to undress the two of them, because the wounds they had suffered were all over their bodiesThe first person Tian Fan treated was the young woman, after removing all of the woman's clothes, Tian Fan then inserted acupuncture needles into several parts of the young woman's body to reduce pain and to stop the bleeding. After giving the anti-venom pill he made, Tian Fan was then forced to re-sect the wound on the young woman's stomach because black bruises appeared in the injured stomach area due to the poison of the hyena beast's bite.Tian Fan left the wound open to see where the poison came from, Tian Fan finally found that the woman's intestines had turned black and there were bite marks in several areas of the intestines.Tian Fan quickly opened up the blackened intestines, then Tian Fan po

Chapter #12. AccusedThe day had turned into night. Tian Fan prepared himself once more, after spending the entire day tending to the wounds and looking after the pack of beast wolves. Tonight, Tian Fan had planned to administer the final treatment to Xi Shi and Sun Li.But before starting to treat them both, Tian Fan set up a makeshift partition between Sun Li's bed and Xi Shi's bed. After creating this rudimentary partition, constructed from wood and beast skin taken from his storage pouch, Tian Fan placed it between Sun Li and Xi Shi's beds.Sun Li asked, "Little Fan, what are you going to do?"Tian Fan replied, "Senior, I will perform the final treatment for Senior Li and Senior Shi."Sun Li understood Tian Fan's intention in placing the partition between them.Tian Fan continued, "Senior, I will start with you, Senior Li."Sun Li nodded, and Tian Fan proceeded to examine Sun Li's wounds one by one. He reapplied his homemade salve to the still slightly wet wounds, while for the dr
Chapter #13. Training the Tiger Hunter Sword TechniqueTonight, Tian Fan spent his time training physically, channeling his frustration into rigorous practice.Tian Fan recalled the words of his teacher, Guan Wei: "Why are humans more dangerous than beasts?"Because humans possess inherent qualities of jealousy, malice, and envy, constantly competing and undermining each other.Other inherent traits include arrogance, lack of compassion, and a absence of mercy and empathy. They will attack anyone, relying on their ferocity and strength, sharp claws, and fangs. Their character is one of cruelty, devoid of justice. The strong rule, and the weak perish. There is no measure of right and wrong, only a display of power. This is what we know as the law of the jungle. The strong survive, and the weak are humiliated. The brave oppress the cowardly. The strong devour the weak."Because of this, his teacher advised Tian Fan to choose his companions wisely, evaluate people carefully, and never be

Elder Liubei released his Earth King's aura to protect them from the strong wind.A journey that would have taken a day was covered in the span of six sticks of incense. Tian Fan pointed out a location to Elder Liubei, who then blew his whistle again, and the Garuda beast landed near the cave where Tian Fan lived.Just as the Garuda beast landed, a lightning bolt struck it. Shandian, Rain, and their group immediately surrounded the Garuda beast.Shandian and Rain appear
Chapter #15: Creating the First Purification PillTian Fan was delighted by Elder Liubei's offer to join the Sun Sect, but he declined it for now. He wanted to continue seeking experiences beyond the sect, just as he had in the Red Forest, where he had gained a lot of valuable experience honing his skills.Elder Liubei understood Tian Fan's desire and was willing to wait for him to join the Sun Sect. He eagerly anticipated the day Tian Fan would return, knowing that he would mature even more after his adventures outside.Tian Fan treated Xi Shi's injuries as Elder Liubei had requested. Xi Shi, in turn, apologized to Tian Fan and asked for his help.Seven days passed, and Sun Li's condition had greatly improved, as had Xi Shi's. Chapter #16: Realm of the Early FighterDays passed quickly, and seven days had already gone by. Sun Li had fully recovered and was just a step away from reaching the Mid Earth Realm. Xi Shi, too, had regained her mobility, and her injuries were healing, with Tian Fan's care and treatment significantly aiding her recovery.Meanwhile, Elder Liubei spent his days practicing pill purification using Tian Fan's methods. In seven days, Elder Liubei successfully created Sky-level purification pills. Elder Liubei and Tian Fan exchanged knowledge about pill-making, even attempting to purify Tian Fan's dirty pills. Although far from perfect, Tian Fan's creations were more effective than the pills available in the market.Furthermore, Tian Fan's elemental qi-filling pills were his own creations, designed to strengthen a cultivator's qi while enhancing their elemental affinity. These pills made it much easier for cultivators to reinforce their elemental attributes. For example, in the case of alc
Chapter #17: Lotus Flower Shop"What items would the young master like to sell?""I will be selling some pills and beast cores," Tian Fan replied politely."Pills? Very well, may Mei Mei see the pills and beast cores you wish to sell so that our appraiser can assess and examine them first."Tian Fan took out a bottle of Qi-filling pills and a fighter realm beast core while whispering to the attendant, "Miss, I will be selling 10 bottles of Sky-level Qi-filling pills and 30 fighter realm beast cores."Mei Mei was surprised by what she heard and immediately asked Tian Fan to wait for a moment. She rushed to the second floor to meet the manager."Mr. Tang... Mr. Tang!" Mei Mei impatiently called out while knocking on the manager's office door.Tang Zun, the manager of the Lotus Flower Shop branch in Greenleaf City, was annoyed because his conversation with Mu Rong, a Level 2 Alchemist from the main pavilion of the Lotus Flower, was being disrupted."Come in...
