Chapter 29

Alison returns home excited. A security guard at the front made her stop her car.

“Atlas has returned?” she asked while looking at the house. The security guard had been silent since this was Alison's first question about the most underrated man here.

“Atlas hasn't returned yet.”

"Atlas?" Alison frowned, her eyes sharp. "You should call him sir."

Alison stopped him once and the guard tensed. He had forgotten because he talked about Atlas in such a condescending way too often.

"Just mean Mr. Atlas, Miss Alison."

Alison started the car without caring about what the security guard had said. At the same time, the security guard had become tense while looking at his friend with a pale face.

“Looks like I made a mess. He attempted to sit up and almost did.”

Alison quickly got out of her car, stepped on her long legs and entered her house. It was too quiet because everyone didn't go home. She looked into her grandfather's room.

"No. I'll talk about it over dinner."
