“His heartbeat is so weak. Your words could be wrong and he is not heading for safety but for death's door!” Simon raised his voice. He looked even bolder because this was a matter of his brother.

“Sir, what Mr. Atlas said is true. Mr. Atlas once saved Mr. Miguel's life. Mr. Atlas is skilled in the medical field. You have to trust him.”

Adele, with determined eyes, looked at Simon, who was involved and now more doubtful about what he would do. He will make a mistake and what will be at stake is Sawyer's life.

Five minutes later, the ambulance that was called arrived. A nurse woman immediately put on an assistive device when they saw Sawyer's condition.

She looked at the large gash on the left side of his abdomen, it was very close to a fatal area.

"How did he survive?" she looked at the EKG screen and noticed his heart rate slowing down, Atlas appeared in the ambulance.
