Chapter 11

It was Peter who answered him.

"What is really going on in your head right now? If you are the CEO of an entertainment agency you should know these things."

"Ciara is probably going to have a hard time because of this. We need to talk to her and come up with a plan for this" Peter said.

Turning to Raymond he said.

"Contact Ciara's Manager and tell her to come to the company right now" Petter said..

Marcus did not say anything more. Instead he just watched as his father and Raymond tried to deal with the situation.

They kept answering calls and saying that they were going to deal with the situation soon. Marcus was not bothered with this though. Instead, he kept thinking about what his father said.

Something like this could be fatal for an actress like that has never had any scandals before. Ciara is going to have a hard time because of this scandal. His lips curled up in a devilish smile. So she is going to have a hard time? It won't hurt to teach that arrogant woman a lesson with this.

Emelda and Ciara was still in Ciara's house. Ciara had gotten her mother to leave. She did not want her to stay and continue to hassle her about all of this. She was already having a hard time as it was already. Emelda's phone kept ringing. Reporters wanted to interview her and hear what she had to say. Whether the rumour was true or not. Ciara had her fists cletched tightly. Once she gets a hold of that idiot CEO, she definitely won't let him go at all!

Emelda's phone rang again and she went away to answer it. When she came back, she had a timid look on her face. One look at her and Ciara knew that she wanted to ask her something. "What is it Emelda? I'm already stressed enough as it is. Just tell me what is going on" Ciara asked. She did not want her to keep going around and around in circles. She was already stressed out enough.

"Well, the PR director just called me. He said that he wants you to come to the company because they want to talk about how they are going to deal with this" Emelda said. Emelda was scared to tell Ciara this because she knew that she did not like dealing with the management of the company. But the situation was already like this. Emelda thought that it was only right that they went.

Ciara turned to look at Emelda. "Why should I go there? What do they need for me? PR director? If Helain Entertainment still has a PR management then they should know what to do about this right? Just tell them that it's not true. I don't have a relationship with that stupid CEO! I'm not going to go so they should just release a statement and say that it's not true!" Ciara said. She was already pissed enough. Does she have to go there and see that idoit's face.

Emelda sighed. She knew that Ciara was going to say this. However she still has to convince her to go. "Ciara, it's very important that you go. They can't just release a statement, there are pictures and those pictures are true. We can't risk anything. You should know that something like this is very serious for you. And besides, the awards ceremony is around the corner. We have to deal with this as soon as possible" Emelda reminded her.

Ciara cletched her fists. Her career is something that she won't play with no matter what happens. She knew that she has to go. For her career. As for that stupid CEO, she is just going to find a way to deal with him! She is definitely going to make him pay for making things this difficult for her! "Alright. Let's go. It's not like there's something that we can do" Ciara said.

She went inside to get changed and soon the both of them left the house. They had to use the back exit because the front was surrounded with reporters.

Meanwhile, back in the company, Marcus was still in his office. He wanted to see Ciara's face when she came in. Her manager already called and said that she was coming. She doubted him when he said that he is the CEO right? Well they are going to see! Marcus knew that he was really petty tight now but he did not care. As long as he got his revenge! And besides, he was going to become even more petty very soon. A smile appeared on his face when he thought about the plan that he had to deal with Ciara.

Soon enough, two women entered the office. Marcus saw the first woman wasn't Ciara so she must be the secretary that they were talking about. He rested his eyes on the second woman. It was her. Ciara Kingston. He had a mocking smile on his face as if he was telling her, "I told ya"

But to Marcus's disappointment, the woman did not even spare him a single glance. She pretended as if no one was there! She completely ignored him! It was the first time that he Marcus Brian had been ignored!

Ciara could see that Marcus was trying to get her attention probably because he wanted to make fun of her as soon as she came in but she did not even spare him a glance. She had no time to play with this idioit. Instead she went straight to Raymond and Peter.

"Chairman, Director, what are we going to do about this?" Ciara went straight to the point. It was already annoying enough for her that she was here. She did not want to waste any time.

Peter cleared his throat. "Ciara, you already saw the rumours right? About you and Marcus...." Peter did not get the chance to finish.

"Do you really still need to ask me this? There is nothing at all! I just want to know how the PR is going to handle this!" Ciara yelled. What are these people thinking?

However, Marcus was not going to let her be. After she ignored him, he only got more determined to make things more difficult for her. If this scandal continues, she is going to he put in a difficult position right?

Marcus got up and walked to Ciara. Then all of a sudden, he wrapped his hands around her waist! Marcus did not even give Ciara the chance to react. He had his hands wrapped tightly around her waist!

"Baby, since it's already like this there is no need for us to continue to hide it. Let's just tell them the truth. I don't want to hide anymore" Marcus said. Then he suddenly pouted his face, like he was begging her.

Ciara was shocked. She tried to free herself but his hands were so strong. She could only struggle. "Do you really have some kind of mental condition? Ba...Baby? Let go of me this instant!" Ciara demanded.

However, Marcus pretended not to hear her. He removed his hand from his waist and put it around her shoulders, then he pulled her closer. "Dad, Matt, I really did not want to tell you before because Ciara baby wanted to hide it but I can't keep it a secret anymore! I really want to tell the truth. That's right, Ciara and I are a couple!" Marcus said

Ciara felt like she was going to choke on her spit. What?! Ciara Baby?! What is going on with this person? She had come here because she wanted to talk about how they were going to resolve this crazy story of her being a couple with this idioit and now what is this idiot saying? That it's true? Ciara continued to struggle but his grip was just too firm. What does he want from her?!

"What do you think that you are doing? Let go of me this instant! What nonsense are you talking about?!" Ciara yelled. She was yet to figure out what was going on.

But Marcus was persistent. He continued to smile sweetly at her and it freaked Ciara out! What is he doing right now? Marcus was having a great time. Thinking about it now this scandal doesn't affect him in any way. Even if it did affect him in some way, as long as if was going to make Ciara suffer he was ready to do it.

"I really don't want to hide our relationship any longer. We have already been hiding it for so long. Since they have found out about it, there's no need for us to continue to hide like this. Let's just tell them the truth baby" Marcus said.

Ciara felt like she was going to faint! Baby?! Why does this word sound so creepy coming from this fool? "Hey, let go of me this instant! Who is in a relationship with you? I don't have anything to do with you so let go of me this instant!" Ciara said. But it was as if he could not hear any of the things that she was saying to him. He just continued to hold on to her like she is his property.

On the other hand Peter, Raymond and Emelda were looking at the both of them in shock. What is going on right now? In a relationship? Tell the truth? Baby Ciara?! The three of them were short of words. How did something like this happen? Just a few minutes, weren't the both of them swearing that they don't have anything to do with each other? How is this even possible?

Raymond was the one who spoke up. "Wait, Marcus, what is going on right now? Didn't you just say that you don't have anything to do with Ciara? How is that you are in a relationship with her now?" Raymond asked. He could almost guess what Marcus was trying to do but he did not want to believe it. He did not want to think that Marcus was going to be this petty just because he got into a little argument with her.

"When did I tell you that? Let me tell you

something. Ciara and I are really going out. It's really difficult to meet her in secret. I really must thank who took the pictures. Because of him, we don't have to hide anymore. Isn't that right baby?" Marcus asked. He turned and gave her a sweet....and sick smile.

Ciara was so angry. "Are you crazy?! What nonsense are you talking about? You and who met in secret? You really are a mental patient? Don't be ashamed to seek help you really should get your brain checked!" Ciara yelled.

Emelda moved closer to Ciara. She too was surprised. Ciara was almost swearing at Marcus when they were coming but now what? They have been seeing each other in secret?! How is that possible?

"Ciara, you and Marcus didn't you sat that there is nothing going on between the both of you? What is he talking about how? Did you...." Emelda did not complete her sentence.

"What nonsense are you talking about? Of course we are not in a relationship! I don't even know this idiot!" Ciara said.

"There is no need for you to be shy. If you don't want the public to know about our relationship, you can still continue to hide it. You know that I love you and I respect your decisions. It's just that we should let them people that are close to us know about it right? Besides, you are the one who wanted to let them know. You've been pestering me about it for some time now. Don't you think that it turned out perfectly?" Marcus asked.

All this time, he did not stop holding her to himself .

Ciara felt like she was going to cough out some blood. "How can you lie with such a straight face? You and I don't have anything to do with each other and you know that! What nonsense are you talking about?" Ciara asked. She was so angry.

Marcus did not say anything to this.

He just smiled at her.

Maybe Marcus thought that his smile was charming but Ciara thought that it was scary!
