Chapter 13

*Continuation of Flashback*

"How's it?" Lucia asked, hanging the last star-shaped small lantern. 

"Amazing!" Garaine smiled widely, hanging the blue crepe papers for the party. 

Getting down from the stool, Lucia rubbed her palms against each other, getting rid of the invisible dust. Putting her hands on her waist, she gazed at the decorations. 

"Finally, it looks like a party house," Garaine grinned, putting her hand around Lucia. 

"The kids will like the decorations for sure," the taller girl spoke, letting out a deep breath.

Initially, I planned on writing the entire flashback in a single chapter. But later I realized that it would make the chapter too long and boring. So I split it into two chapters.
