Magic beginning Arc: Chapter 1. The Birth of Magic.

Gods and their Angel servants have been terrorising the weak for thousands of years.

They terrorised:Humans, Demi-Humans, Demons and Elves and any other life forms.

4000 years ago. The Magic King, at the time, could no longer stand and watch as the gods terrorised the weak.

And so he gathered an army of humans, demons, elves and demi-humans and challenged the gods.

The fight was a massacre. The angels' divine protection and magical power exceeded that of any elves, humans, demons or demi-human.

Everyone fell. Until only the Magic King remained. Only his magical power was able to kill a vast amount of Angels.

Once the gods themselves attacked the Magic King, he was overwhelmed and defeated.

With his last words, he said "You may have defeated me.

..... But the next Magic King will be much more powerful than me and even the gods. He or she will bring peace and free us from your prison"

With those words left behind the Magic King died.

Realising their mistake the gods have agreed to leave the mortals be. And so a contract was formed never to rain tyranny again and they returned to the divine realm... Or so the mortal race was led to believe.....

For 4000 years the throne to claim the title as the "Magic King" at the castle black burg has remained empty.

For 4000 years many magic users from all races have tried to claim the title.

The title can only be claimed by sitting on the throne. If the throne does not react you are not eligible to become the next Magic King as you do not surpass the previous Magic King's power. If it does, you have more magical power than the previous Magic King and you will gain that title...

4000 years later.

In the countryside of Halivaara lies a small village made out of wooden homes.

It's in the middle of the night. A beautiful elvish woman gave birth inside her home to a young boy, who unlike her did not have the characteristics of an elf: (pointy ears, green eyes and bright yellow hair.)

The boy had:Red eyes, and black hair and resembled a human rather than an elf.

..... When suddenly she hears..... "HELP ME!" - Voices screamed in agony.

The woman cast the healing spell Vita (healing magic) on herself as Elves are famous for their healing capabilities.

The woman opens her window to see horror.... The village was burning. Crops were on fire.

She grabbed her son and fled outside as her own home started to catch fire.

As she ran outside with her son in her arms.

The child was wrapped around multiple blankets and sheets.

She witnessed who was responsible. It was 2 rogue angels. Rouge angels are angels who do not wish to follow the contract made 4000 years ago and wish to cause havoc.

The Rouge angels killed many villagers even the women and children were shown no mercy.

"PLEASE DON'T KILL US" - Villagers are begging desperately.

The mother knew that her magic was useless against angels.

She escaped into the forest without any shoes. This caused her feet to become soaked in blood with many deep wounds, as small rocks and branches cut open her feet.

The pain was excruciating.

But she did not scream to not give her position away.

However one of the angels witnessed her running into the forest and chasing after her.

"You will not escape me! " - Rogue Angel 1 said.

He used a fire spell izaru (fire elemental magic) to burn the forest around her to trap her in flames.

The Angel caught up to her and Spoke... "You are fast... What is this?.... Your child? ....

I think I am going to kill it before you.... HAHAHAHAHA!!!"

"PLEASE KILL ME!!! BUT NOT MY SON! I AM BEGGING YOU!!!! " - The mother cried.

"No can do" - Rogue Angel 1 said.

As he violently tries to take the child away from her.

During the struggle, the mother lost her grip and the child was thrown back a couple of feet.

The Angel then proceeds to burn the child from a distance.

<izaru> Fire magic.

He cast a fire spell to shoot a fire beam which directly hit the child.

"NOOOOOOO.... OH NOOOOOO!!!. My sweet Baby son" - The mother cried in agony.

"I guess now it's your turn" - Rogue Angel 1 said.

He proceeds to kill her using telekinesis to break her bones using his mind.

He lifts her up and starts to bend her body using telekinesis when..... "AAAAAA!" - Rogue Angel 1 screamed in pain. As he was hit by a powerful energy beam.

The mother dropped to the floor. Her vision was slightly blurred. She saw a small figure holding out his left arm.

"Who is this?" - The mother asked.

As her vision came back to her.

She realised that it was her son...

He was unharmed despite being hit by a powerful fire beam which would have incinerated any being on an atomic level.

The child then healed the mother's wounds on her feet by casting using the spell vita.

(healing magic)

"My pain is being washed away. How is this possible? I have never felt healing magic this powerful." - The mother said

"You're alive my son. It's a miracle" - The mother cried full of joy.

She quickly stood back up to grab her child.

When suddenly the Rogue Angel started to shout.... "I KILL YOU CURSED CHILD AND THEN YOUR MOTHER!" - He screamed with anger.

The Angel spread his wings and directly flew toward the child at a tremendous speed.

The child raised his left arm and froze the Angel in place by stopping time around him.

"I can't move uhhh '' - The Rogue Angel struggled to say.

The mother, shocked by her son's power, was speechless.

The child then clinched his stretched hand into a fist. As he did so the angel's body disappeared and turned into golden light particles.

The one thing that remained from the rogue angel was the angel's fragment.

Everyone is born with a fragment which contains your principles and origin and is the foundation for your soul essentially.

The child's fragment was able to absorb the angels' fragment.

To further increase his power is a feat that should be impossible.

Since when a being dies the fragment dies with it.

The mother stood there in disbelief. She grabbed her son and they went back to the village as the sunrise began.

There was no sign of the other angel.

When the mother got closer to the village remains

She saw soldiers from the capital and from different races that came to aid the survivors.

"What happened here?" The mother asked one of the soldiers.

A woman walked up to her and spoke.

"My Name is Elana Rosewell.

I am with the Halivaaran army. We came to aid your people"

"I thank you for your assistance. I must warn you that 2 angels caused this." - The mother Spoke.

"Two?" - Elana asked.

"We thought that there was only one. One Angel was punished by the gods. A divine lightning strike killed the Angel in an instant"

Not wanting anyone to know that her own child killed the other angel she said:

"Same with the other angel

I am glad that they can't cause destruction anymore" - The mother said.

"Indeed" - Elana said.

Once the soldiers treated all the wounded using <vita> healing magic..... They left and the remaining villagers received: food, water, a vast sum of funds and materials to rebuild their village.

"What happened? How was my son able to kill an angel and use vita to treat my deep wounds so quickly and easily?" - The mother said.

"Furthermore he has no father... The only way is that he was born from magic and power... Either way, he's my son who I love with all my heart and I will do anything I can to support him to unlock his full potential"... - The mother said

20 years later.

My Name is Valoran Silver. My mother's name is Aelina Silver.

We may not look alike but she is my mother and I am her son.

I may not look it but I am actually 20.

I just stopped ageing at the age of 16 and will remain that way for all eternity.

20 years ago my village was attacked.

By rouge angels.

I remember it clearly, how I was able to kill an angel with ease and absorb his fragment which granted me further power and knowledge while just being an infant. My mother told me that's because I was born from magic and power itself.

Since then I have been training.

Every day I grew stronger...

I read all the books at the capitol library which contains 68,456 books and memorised every single page down to the letter. Containing knowledge about History from all races, Magic, general knowledge and more.

I mastered hundreds of complex spells at the age of 10. I also corrected and created my own spells since a lot of the magic was flawed.

Normally mastering just one high level would take a lifetime to master but for me, it was just as easy as breathing

I have also trained and perfected my swordsmanship mastering all techniques and creating my own

Being near the forest of Langoon which was full of dangerous creatures I perfected my abilities.

I fought beings which would normally send high-level mages into panic and fear. Just like the giant 4 headed snakes with its magic resistant skin and took down multiple of those at once with ease.

Since then I kept on protecting my village with ease, to be honest, it got so boring.

Fighting off so-called "Monsters"

I received an invitation to take an exam to enrol at the Halivaara Supreme Magic Academy.

This academy is responsible for locating the next Magic King. The highest and most powerful graduating student will be seated on the previous Magic King's throne to see if the throne reacts.

"Ok mom I am heading to the capital to take the exam" - Valoran said.

"Be careful" - Aelina said.

With that Valoran cast the spell irum (teleportation magic) to teleport to the capital in an instant.

"There it is the famous' ' Halivaara" Supreme Magic Academy. To find the next Magic" - Valoran said calmly
