Chapter 13: Petty Tricks At The Academy

Tarex Cald who had been standing to the side stared at Elaris with hatred, his face was tight and he heart pounded heavily with the immense level of hatred he felt for the guy.

His spot had been secured, he was supposed to continue the tradition of making the Cald family get the top position at the entrance examination into the academy—it had been like that for years and it should always be like that.

But suddenly, the clown came out of nowhere and decided that the next thing he wanted to do was snatch his top score from him. How dare he do that?

The spotlight was important to him and he had always spent ten of the nine days studying, practicing and pushing himself to the very extent, but still, it wasn’t as important as the impression he wanted to secure in Lord Rades’ face.
