CHAPTER 49. Impromptu meeting

Aiden strode calmly to his seat, and at the same time, everyone's eyes followed every of his movement.

The whole hall was wrapped in nothing, but deafening silence. Most of them had already witnessed what Aiden is capable of doing, and the amount of power he wielded. In fact, most of them had ignored the rumors about him being a useless son in law but not totally.

Finally, the meeting commenced.

" Ahem!" Cole cleared his throat and adjusted his dark suit.

" Aiden, why did you call this sudden meeting? Do you have an idea that everybody is actually busy?" Cole tried to be polite, but his tone and attitude betrayed him. Everyone could clearly sense the hostility in his voice, but they couldn't say anything.

" So?" Aiden looked up at him in a discourteous manner. He didn't move his gaze away from him but stared more at him.
