"Ouch." he nursed his arm which he bruised on the floor while falling. His feet slipped on a stone and that was what made him trip over.

He wasn't with a torch light and that made it hard for him to see what was on the floor. Getting a light for direction will only make the security know that he was there, which he can't let happen.
