As Red returned to his living quarters, Hazel and Katie headed to the Registration Hall to report the incident to the elders.
There were many elders in the Nightgale Guild but most of them were busy.
Most of the elders are managing the city and only a few remain in the Guild while the others are doing missions.
Meanwhile, the guild mistress rarely appears and most of her commands are relayed by a great elder.
