Blood soaked, Chris remained wide eyed, unable to move as he stared at the eyes of that enormous bird, staring at him as it laid there on the ground.

His knees continued to tremble, but he could breathe properly, having evaded those deadly talons by an inch.

Asron turns to the now pale human, he still had this murderous gaze in him as that crimson liquid trickled down his cheeks.

The Drogan was quick to rush to Chris’ aid, the moment he fell on his rear. In a single swoop, the warrior decapitated the beast, its head flying into the air and landing in front of him. The other two scattered, sensing the danger.
