NORTHWEST OF KINGDOM OF NALDIA "Enemy convoy 20 clicks away. Group of 20 ships!" "Battery release! FIRE!" *BOOM* *BOOM* The forward five inch gun of the Revenge roared in action. Revenge is part of the five ship blockade of the seas north of the Dwarven Kingdom of Naldia. There is two major seas connecting the Empire of Scolus and Dylasla, one is the Timone Channel, the sea between the Western continent and that of the Northern island. The other is of course the waters north of the "northern island". Five ships of the Cardonian task force were dispersed into this large body of water, almost 80km apart, they formed a long line spanning almost 400 kilometers. *KABOOMMMM*Artillery, rockets, bombs and even missiles were relentlessly raining down upon the long stretch of Dylaslan fortifications along the border of Scharen. For the last hours, dozens of bunkers, pillboxes and hundred meters of massive maze of trenches were obliterated by the immensive Cardonian firepower.The sounds of exploding shells could be heard dozens of kilometers away. Amidst the conflict up North, a thousand strong soldiers of the Archesian Royal Guards are undertaking a six-month-long training program under the supervision of the Royal Cardonian Army. And today marks the first week wherein the soldiers started their "schooling", they are on one of the largest army camps in Cardonia. And to mark the achievement of Archesian forces, they are conducting a marching drill in front of their very own Princess. A series of explosions from 155mm artillery shells pummeled the long newly built trench lines of the Dylaslan Royal Army. This were then followed by quick advance of a collection of armored vehicles.From a command and control Pandur II APC at the back, the various intelligence aircraft up above both manned and unmanned were giving real time overview of the whole battlefield. The primary targets were the Dylaslan airships, on which a few were already shot down by either the F-16's or by the SU-30's."ENEMY AIRSHIPS SOUTHEAST 20 KILOMETERS OUT! The Cardonian envoys led by the Regent himself exited through the very steampunk train station outside the town. They were then guided by the buffed Naldian troops where the Regent were given full military honors as he enters the fortress the town. The buffed Dwarven soldiers lined up on the side of the street with their rifles held at their chest.Locals were then drawn in with all the hustle and bustle as the soldiers prepared to greet and accept these humans in very mysterious clothes.The Regent is escorted with the country's top diplomats, members of his Prince Battalion and the Royal Guards, some Archesian translators and members of the Archesian knights and the same could be said with the Ginians.The Cardonians were at awe as they observed this Dwarven size, not only because of the locals and basically every structure here at best 3/4's of the human 'normal size'.
