CHAPTER 106: GRAVE

“??” Both Anthony and Satyre were left speechless, their eyes widened and their breaths stagnant for some seconds. They couldn’t believe what was right in front of their eyes, they didn’t want to.

This outcome was completely unexpected on both their parts because Franklin was fine just some minutes ago and now he was gone. Both still on their knees, Satyre tried to wake her father up, shaking his body multiple times and started cried silently when he didn’t wake and Anthony couldn’t say anything, he didn’t know her that much to try and comfort her.

All he could do was to wait for her to get well on her own while he grieved in silence.

After an appropriate amount of time Satyre was done crying, accepting the reality of her father’s passing and both her and Anthony who hadn’t felt this level of grief in a long time went back to their base personalities that best helps them cope with their emotions and that was to move on and act cold.

“Is there a place to bury his body?” Anthony asked
