GETTING HELP

Tessa whose curiosity got the better of her leaned closer to Anthony’s face, regardless of her better judgment because she wanted to confirm if what she saw was real.

“Open your eyes Silver, I want to check something,” she said.

“What do you mean my eyes are glowing? Is that what you want to confirm?” Anthony asked as he slowly opened his eyes to look at her.

Once she saw what she was looking for, Tessa grimaced and was speechless for some seconds.

“Tell me, are they glowing or not?” He asked her.

Tessa smacked her tongue confusedly then said “Umm, they are not. I guess I was wrong, maybe?”

The room was dark so if they were glowing it would be obvious but there was nothing.

It left Tessa even more confused because she had no idea what was going on or why she would imagine Anthony’s eyes glowing. It made no sense.

“The intensity of the lights from the bulbs before they exploded must have temporarily damaged your pupils. Why didn’t you close your eyes when it was happening?” Anthony ask
