All the police officers who came were quick to act and in an organized fashion marched into the building to get to the bottom of what really went down and why they were called there in the first place. They were already on their usual patrol when the station sent them the emergency request and that’s why they were able to reach the cinema in record time. During the time they were receiving the request, they were told that it was a shooting but not the reason why someone would want to shoot up a cinema or who the person even was. So, as they approached the scene and even when they entered the cinema, they did so with extreme caution so as not to go into a situation they are not prepared for. There were only three police cars that responded to the request and about six officers in total so while two stayed outside and by their cars to observe the perimeter while they also did some crowd control, only four officers went into the building, guns fully prepared and off their safety modes
"What the hell is all of this? Who in the world thinks it's okay to bring and shoot a gun inside a cinema where people are, fuck! First, it was that stupid traffic and now it's this, why me?! I should have just stayed at home and called in sick. Favorite would have taken care of my shift if I had asked him nicely" cowering under the counter with hands pressing tightly against her ears so she doesn't hear any more gunshots was Rebecca. She felt like doing that was the only safe option she had She was just a few meters away from the exit but decided not to leave because she had second thoughts about there being more shooters outside. To her, extra shooters were waiting for people trying to escape and those supposed shooters planned on going ham and riddle her with bullets if she decides to escape. What if the moment she decides to leave the counter and head for the exit is the exact moment the actual shooter comes to the area and sees her leaving, only to shoot her then? These were
“Don’t worry about it and are you okay now?” The female office asked, having one of her hand over Rebecca’s shoulder which was enough to get the young girl to calm down significantly “Yeah, thanks Officer…” Rebecca used her own tear filled eyes to find the woman’s name on her badge “Lucy, Officer Lucy, thanks and the rest of you officers too. I thought I was done for if you people hadn’t been the ones who walked in”Officer Lucy did the same thing, looked at the name tag on Rebecca’s shirt to find out what he name was. Knowing someone, especially a witness’ name, is the first step to getting them to collaborate with you as an officer and that was Officer Lucy’s plan “No problem! So Rebecca, can you tell me anything you know about what really happened here? Anything you heard can be of help to us, like where the gunshot came from can really point us in the right direction if we want to catch this person quick”Before Rebecca could say anything to answer that question, Officer Sully a
Snorting angrily "Hey, asshole, you think you've won against me, don't you? Truth is I don't even know if I should laugh or pity you for how foolish you're being right now. I'll tell you this though, don't think for even a second that you're going to get away with any of this while thinking that idiots like the police can hold me! If you are then keep dreaming and just wait till my brother hears about what happened here and what you did to me because when he eventually does you'll be done for you, and that's a promise, asshole!" laying in the floor and glaring at Anthony maddened, Jason threatened He still hungered for getting at least the glimpse of an angered response from Anthony as that would mean that he had managed to accomplish something here. However, he was met with silence given back to him and a look of pity from Anthony who also went on to tap the side of his own right eye three times, which by doing this was a way of passing a message that he was taunting Jason by asking
Anthony's response caused the manager to jolt in fear, leaning closer to the officers as security but still ended up keeping quiet because he got the message loud and clear"That's a nasty look you have there young man, not something someone your age gets easily and by living an easy life but I guess it's okay, we all have our own issues and skeletons. Now, since we already have two witnesses for who the shooter was and that suspect is already down on the floor and tied up, then I guess we can call this a closed case. All we need to do now is to pack these ones up and do the proper processing then this place can be opened again" Officer Sully said, then he tapped the officer behind him and nodded his head towards the gun underneath the sinkFollowing the instruction that was just given to him, although there wasn't really a verbal wording of said instruction and everything was just the natural flow of this type of work, the Officer walked up to that side of the sink which had an air p
Officer Sully shook his head vigorously to try and grasp what was just said to him "Wait, wait, wait, what do you mean he stole from the Maple's? Like the Maple's, one of the most prestigious families that's also a part of the hierarchy, Maple's? That's impossible, no human alive can steal anything of value from them! Also, who are you!?" He spoke before looking to Officer Lucy "Lucy, who is this and why is he here? He isn't a part of our precinct so he couldn't have gotten the call to come here""You can speak directly to me Officer Sully, don't disrespect me by speaking to a someone else about who I am when I'm right here, most especially a female. But, since you asked, I and my partner were just driving by when we saw the crowd and police cars parked outside and we thought that this might be more interesting than what we were doing so here we are, and as for who i am…" Officer Wilson slowly turned and looked to Anthony with a mischievous grin "I'm this man's worst nightmare and Off
"Fired guns?" Officer Wilson asked, not having been informed about what really went down here. After him and Greg saw the situation from outside and thinking it would be something interesting than going back to their precinct the district over, they just parked and came in, flashing their badges around until they met Officer Lucy who brought them on her way here "You're judging us and you don't even have the facts, these kids shot up the place three times and were later apprehended by that worker there before we could come in and if you hadn't interrupted us then we would have taken them to our station already"Officer Wilson nodded his head in a condescending manner while Greg folded his arms, smiling "So what I'm hearing is that none of you were responsible for apprehending the supposed culprits yourselves…" he started to walk around the officers to assert his dominance and control over the situation "… What I'm also hearing is that none of you have any hard earned evidence other
Again, Anthony was getting framed for what he didn't do and not thinking that it would have this type of effect on him, what they were doing quickly triggered something within him that caused his mind to first go back to the two events that took place inside the Maple mansion with Grey and Carla's necklace and then it went to his conversation with Franklin and him chasing him away, feeling a sense of regret starting to flood over him little by little.Usually he would act unfazed but looking at the faces that the other officers threw at him which says that they were being swayed into believing what Officer Wilson and Jason had just concoction out of thin air, he didn't know when he spoke out, reacting out of emotions and not really thinking ahead to come up with a plan."That's just stupid and you are also stupid Wilson for thinking that shifting the blame will work when there's an easy way to find out the truth" Anthony said "And what way is that?" Officer Wilson asked, completely g
