Chapter 44. Unclear Problem.
"Sorry if I made everybody wait for so long," Alaric apologized, not sure of what the look on their faces meant.

The entire room looked at each other in a way that wasn't so clear to Alaric. One of the men in a suit stood up and walked to Alaric.

"Sorry for what, Young Master? There is no need to be sorry, sir," he stated.

Alaric looked at him with a befuddled expression on his face.

"There isn't a need to be sorry? What do you mean? I came late to the meeting, and it seemed like you guys were exhausted already from waiting for me," he said.

"No, young master. That is not the reason why we were looking at you that way. We were only surprised someone came in unexpectedly, nothing else. We are pleased to have you. Right?" He asked, turning at other people in the room. They all nodded, concurring with the statement.

"If you guys are not angry, does it mean I came early?" Alaric asked, confused.
