"What time are we going to arrive, Steve?" Alaric asked as he put on his seatbelt.

Steve glances at the front mirror, staring at Alaric.

"It wouldn't take long, young master. Don't worry, the diner is not so far from here. I'm sure it wouldn't be long, as long as there isn't traffic or a ruckus down the road."

"Alright," he said. "I will take that as an assurance," he added.

"You sure can, Young Master. It's my first time there, but I know it wouldn't be long. I've searched it out, and it's about 1 km from here, so it shouldn't take our time."

Evelyn glanced at Alaric. "Young master, would you mind taking a look at your other schedule before we arrive?" She asked.

"Ah, yes. I would like to do that. I believe it would save me from the stress of not being aware later on," he said.

She handed him a file she had been with, and he took it and looked at it.
