Chapter 26 - Suspect

The next day, Julian came out of the lodging room and looked at Serena's closed door. Julian walked to the door of Serena's room and intended to say goodbye. However, Julian's hand stopped when he wanted to knock on the door. Julian undid his intention because he didn't want to disturb Serena and went straight home.

“Mr. Julian is going home?” asked the aunt, who was sweeping the front yard of the inn.

"Yes, Auntie, thank you for the reception. I'll drop by again sometime,” Julian replied politely with a big smile.

“Well, Auntie will be happy if Mr. Julian can visit again.” Auntie also replied with a smile. “Be careful on the road,” she continued.

Julian nodded his head and got into the car. Julian left before the sun had come up, so the roads were still very quiet. Julian drove at an average speed of 80 km/h, accompanied by soothing music.
