"I want to order vanilla dessert to take home," said Brian at the cashier to pay for the dish they ate earlier. “Medium size,” Brian continued.

"Yes sir. Please wait a moment," said the cashier then went to the back to convey Brian's order.

Brian's expression was flat, his gaze blank. Alessia peeked at the man's face from the front.

"Your aura is unpleasant, Brian," commented Alessia.

Brian's eyes turned to the girl.

"Sorry, I'm just saying." Alessia straightened herself again and waited.

"This is your order, sir," said the cashier as he placed the package on the table.
