"I've come back and brought him," said Alessia, reporting to Brian, whom she met in the yard.

Brian nodded his head and directed his gaze to the three people behind Alessia.

The first person Brian saw was a middle-aged man whose skin was blackish brown due to being exposed to the sun for too long and the result of his hard work earning a living for his family. The face that was once brightly smiling and the calm eyes that Brian had always missed were now present in front of him, soothing Brian's heart, who was not feeling well, his heart seemed to be doused with morning dew.

"Uncle," said Brian to the man who was quite tall like Brian.

"My son," answered the man, smiling broadly.

Even though his smile and gaze were still the same, the man's body was no longer the same, he looked frail and thin as if he had not been taken care of.

Unable to resist the growing longing, Brian approached the man and threw himself into his uncle's warm embrace.
