Normally city streets are clean after being swept by the city cleaners who are paid by the public works department in orange uniforms. But Yes, it was clean for a while but not less than an hour later , plastic waste and dry leaves started to fill the streets again.Plastic cans and drink bottles, snacks for children and old newspapers littering the street scenery again.
