"Cousin, I apologize for causing you any trouble." Amethyst spoke, her heart filled with unease.

"It's nothing." Theophilus replied indifferently.

It was just an empty vessel making a loud noise, posing no threat to him as long as he behaved. If they dared to cause trouble, they would have no one to blame but themselves.

"Cousin, I'll arrange for you to stay in a private villa tonight." Amethyst said thoughtfully: "I've already spoken with our family elder, tomorrow, we will visit his villa."
