Sebastian, although not really understanding this aspect, began to notice a unique pattern in his relationship with his assistants, especially the female ones. They were always competing to make the best dishes for him, and they would be very disappointed if Sebastian didn't eat their dishes.

Amanda was the one who most often won this 'competition'. She had a natural talent for cooking and always managed to create delicious dishes that made Sebastian's tongue sway in pleasure. This, however, was a rather mysterious phenomenon to Sebastian.

"Before it was Amanda and Rachel, and now Emberly," Sebastian muttered to himself. "Is this a natural thing?"

He felt that Thomas, who was also his assistant, was not thinking along the same lines. Thomas, with his more practical attitude and more logistics-oriented tasks, was not as interested in the cooking competition as Sebastian's female assistants were.
