The cameras switched to Pennsylvania, erupting cheering from the pledgers. Almost all the pledgers enjoyed watching him. There was always something about the way the task freaked him out, which was a delight to watch and very entertaining. He was always among the first to take on the task but was always a wreck by the time he was done.They watched as he dressed up. He was one of the players that looked to have no problem with the challenge, even though he was married. He looked determined. His wife was in the bathroom preparing to go and visit their daughter. They were supposed to go together, but Pennsylvania saw it as an opportunity to deal with his task while his wife was away. She had no idea about the games or the contract her husband signed, and he wanted it to stay that way, especially if he failed to make it out alive from the games. Pennsylvania was trembling, glued to his spot as Karen's husband knelt over his wife's body his mouth agape.He was in a good position to look for a way out of the house, but his thoughts were elsewhere. He dashed up the stairs, searching every room for the murderers. He thought the organization was inside the house and they shot Karen despite the fact that she was holding the gun.Downstairs, the neighbors began knocking on the door. They had heard the moaning, which was followed by shouting and gunfire. Some had already called the police. Since the door was open, they began walking into the house to the horror of Karen's dead body in the arms of her husband, who kept yelling for her to open her eyes.The scene in front of them was not farfetched; they always knew Karen's presumptuous life was going to be her ending. They all dropped in, searching for the man she was caught with, but saw nothing. They were sure no one had run out of the door or maybe he went through the back window.

The fifth game received its first casualty; it was a bomber considering how the woman had survived four games only to be rejected because of her physical appearance. The pledger's room was quiet as they watched in horror. On any other day, most of them could not mind watching an old man get laid by a fellow man, but what they witnessed was beyond anything more than entertaining. Most of them thought the old man had a perfect plan, but the introduction of drugs messed up an execution that seemed to be the only plan that he would have walked out of the house without humiliation. But they could never tell why he added drugs. Washington ran as fast as he could to his house, almost tumbling to the floor. It was getting dark and most of the neighbors were inside their houses. He needed to get his message to the organizers before they killed him. He went straight to his drawer, grabbed a marker and a piece of paper, and quickly scribbled on it. He was very aware that the probability of Acer picking up his call was zero, so he had to rely on sending out his message using paper and ink.He raised the plain paper in the air for the organization to read.
