Months passed since that day. Ivan and Selou started a romantic relationship together. Graduation was approaching and a lot of students were getting excited about life after high school. Some in school were preparing for college education, while some had other plans.

All of them were oblivious to the turmoil going on in their star system.

...

In the vast expanse of the dark void, a bright white star floated there, suspended in nothingness, spreading its radiance on the ten-plus planets revolving around it.

The ninth planet away from the star. Boasting a circumference of fifty thousand kilometers, It was completely barren, filled with nothing but yellow rocks.

Currently, half of the planet's surface had colorful lights flying around and it wasn't from celebration though, but from war.

If a human-sized lifeform was to stand on the planet, it should only see a quiet wide stretch of brown and yellow rocks... They should. Right now, everywhere was crowded and filled with blaring noise.

*SHH SHH SHK SHH*

On one side of the massive battlefield, hundreds of slender figures could be seen running around like ghosts.

On a closer look, one would notice that beautiful men and women were wearing tight-fitting battle garments of varying colors. What was peculiar about these people was that they all had fox ears on top of their heads along with nine long, beautiful and fluffy fox tails that flowed behind them.

The speed at which they were moving was extraordinary, they were going at least ninety kilometers per hour, kicking up dust clouds as they ran. In their hands were either curved plasma blades or long electric whips which they used to attack their opponents.

Their opponents, five-meter tall two-legged robots who had massive eight-barreled machine guns for arms. Everywhere they pointed their guns and fired was always decimated. In the center of the chest were human pilots completely focused on filling these fox-like people with holes.

*RATATATATATATATATA!.....*

The fox-like people were not joking either. Anytime one of the mechs shot at them, they increased their running speed so much that they practically disappeared. *poof*. Not faster than a bullet but fast enough to dodge it. Though, it seemed like a short burst cause the fox-like people couldn't continue running at such speed for more than a second.

Behind the fox-like people was a dazzlingly beautiful woman with long black hair. She floated above the ground with her arms spread apart. Her snow-white fox ears and nine fluffy tails set her apart from the rest of her kind giving her an otherworldly vibe. Flying slowly around her were nine head-sized balls of blue flame.

...

On another part of the battlefield were countless humans as far as the eye could see. All of them stood in practiced military formations, wearing sleek mechanical suits and arming themselves with electromagnetic rifles. They marched forward. In their midst were hovering tanks with rail guns attached to the top.

Opposite the army of humans was a dense cluster of oversized insects. There had to be at least hundreds of millions if not more. There were scorpions, centipedes, spiders, ants, wasps, dragonflies, and armored bugs of all kinds. Amid these large insects were humongous four-legged insectoids with a thick green exoskeleton and a sac-like abdomen that expanded and retracted every once in a while. Obviously, they were there to counter those tanks.

Both sides closed in on each other with killing intent. Before they even reached themselves, acid spit and laser beams were already flying through the air. Screeches of the alien insects' beasts and battle cries of men blended into a strange blood-boiling cacophony.

....

In another section of the chaotic battlefield.

"I truly haven't seen everything in this Galaxy. So many human factions together in one place, all to achieve a common goal. Such numbers, such intelligence, such physiology, such technology...I won't lie, I envy you all". Said a gray-skinned man who had a bulky physique. Currently, his expression was one of extreme fury.

Surrounding the man were creatures of all shapes and sizes. Some stood on three needle-like legs, some had four long arms, some had up to seven eyes on one head, some appeared human but had jet-black tubes in place of hair, and some even had transparent skin. They all stood waiting for their enemy to arrive.

Off in the distance was a group of humans walking leisurely toward the bunch of extraterrestrials. They numbered around fifty. the most distinguishing figure among them was walking in their center.

Among them was a tall human male who was walking leisurely like he was dressed in a medieval themed armor and dragging a gigantic sword along the ground, another was a lady that was actually floating, dressed in nothing but red ribbons, some of them were even wearing fantastic capes that made them look more heroic.

But the six-foot-tall human in their midst was different. He wore a pure white baggy shirt with black baggy trousers, he had on white and black sports shoes. His shirt and pants had gold designs on them. Around his neck was a gold necklace with a certain brand. He wore a sewn black face mask that only covered his mouth and nose. His exposed eyes would make people think he was dying of boredom. He had wild spiky hair and the way he tilted his head to the side made him look tired. He looked very shaggy and normal which was in contrast to the people around him who looked like they were about to have a circus performance in hell.

With hands in his pockets, he strolled forward nonchalantly and said. "Hehe, of course... did you think we humans are a joke to the cosmos. We aren't the number one race besides the gods for nothing."

As the team of humans got closer to the group of foreign creatures, their walk turned to a jog, their jog turned to run and running turned into a full sprint. The extraterrestrials readied themselves.

When they finally clashed, all hell was let loose. A guy flew around throwing a truck-sized fireball, the lady in ribbons was actually making her ribbons turn into gigantic snakes, and an old man with tentacles for legs caused everything he touched to melt into goo.

The grey-skinned leader stretched out his arms and they surprisingly elongated as if they were made of rubber.

*WHOOSH!!*

With furious vigor, the man whipped out his elastic arms fervently while screaming like a madman." YHA YHA YHA YHA YHA YHA YHAAAAA!!"

*WUP! WUP! WUP! WUP! WUP! WUP! WUP!*

*KRAK...KRAAK...KRAKRAKRAK*

As a result of the man waving around his now extremely long arms, the yellow earth broke off into large chunks causing debris to fly out. It appeared that the man was quite strong for him to remain unharmed.

The unlucky humans who were hit by the fast-moving arms had their bones broken and were smashed into the earth. Those with stronger bodies simply pushed away the heavy debris and crawled out.

The shaggy-looking man who did not sprint along with the other humans stopped a few meters from the happening battle.

He removed his right hand from his pocket and raised it up the same way a lady does for a man to kiss the back of her hand.

*CRAK KRACK CRAK CRACK!!*

Following the motion of his hand, large pieces of the yellow earth broke off from the ground and remained suspended in the air. The man's tired-looking eyes were now glowing blue.

"The outcome of this war is inevitable..." The shaggy man said particularly to himself. With a gentle push forward from the man, all the floating rocks in the air flew toward the opposing force at breathtaking speed.

*WHOM WHOOM WHOOM*

*BAM! BAM BAM! BAM!*

Just like the humans, a lot of the foreign creatures soon had broken bones, well, those that even had bones in the first place.

*BOOM!!!*

With a burst of power, the shaggy man flew towards the grey-skinned man and the grey-skinned man jumped towards him with his arms in a whipping motion.

...

Even the skies of the planet were filled with large-scale battles.

Humongous four-legged reptilian creatures with large bat-like wings could be seen flying around in the sky as they shot long streams of compressed flames from their enormous mouth.

Dragons.

As for what they were shooting those lethal dragon flames at.

Gigantic stellar/spaceships of different shapes and sizes were the targets of those savage-looking dragons and being on the receiving end of those extremely hot flames, they did not stay idle.

The stellar ships fired red and blue laser beams of different sizes from blasters the size of a house at the dragons while energy shields with hexagonal patterns sprung out from the surface of the ships to block off the dragon flames.

But just like the ships, the defense of the dragons was no joke. Most of the teams only left cracks on their hard scales which was very impressive considering that each of those laser beams could blast through mountains.

*DOOM!*

Some of the people below looked up just in time to see a black stellar ship that was already out of ammo bash into a red dragon with devastating force. The dragon could only struggle helplessly as it was pushed toward space.

...

There was a section of the battlefield that was completely isolated from all the fighting going on, even the sky was clear. And it was isolated for a very good reason.

Standing at a shocking height of over one thousand meters was a fierce-looking red-skinned colossal man. He had long white hair and eyebrows which contrasted with his blood-red skin. He had pure white glowing eyes that emitted an otherworldly aura, just like the fox lady.

Rapped around his two arms were beautiful golden armlets with intricate designs. The giant man stayed shirtless, exposing his red-muscled torso. He wore black cargo pants-looking leg wear which had the same designs as his armlets. His presence alone deterred both the humans and the foreign creatures.

He was a Titan, one of the strongest types of otherworlders.

Floating a hundred meters away from him was an average-looking man wearing a black traditional hooded robe. Apart from the fact that he was flying, he looked pretty much normal.

"So many powerful races came together to fight mankind.....but...even now, even with all this gathered power...You still don't have an advantage over us...How pathetic." Said the black-robed man.

"HMPH!, that's quite rich coming from a weakling." Said the Titan in a booming voice.

When the black-robed man opened his mouth this time, it wasn't to reply to the Titan but something else. Along with the strange words, he started speaking, he made strange and mysterious hand signs.

"Aiv' albu Kai na shael migu poifaz adved sen tein..." What he muttered was not human language, it was a special magic incantation.

Yes, the black-robed man was a Magician

'Magician' was a universal term for a human otherworlder.

*ZIN ZIN ZIN*

Blue magic circles with runic diagrams appeared around the black-robed man.

*PEW PEW PEW*

All the energy circles shot out blue beams of light toward the Titan. In response, the Titan raised its arms in an 'x' formation to block the attack.

*Boom boom boom*

Although the light beams were able to push the Titan back a bit, that was all.

"Like I said... Weakling." The Titan said with a huge smirk on his face. With a speed that clearly did not match his size he rushed toward the Magician and gave him a backhand slap. The Titan was so fast that the Magician could not even process what happened to him until he was sent flying. The force of the Titan's hand was so great that a sonic boom was heard when the hand made contact with the Magician.

*DOOM*CRASH*

With a blank expression, the Magician smashed right through one of the stellar ships that were passing by. With cranking sounds, the stellar ship had no choice but to crash land into a horde of alien insects.

The Magician himself actually landed a few kilometers away, creating a two-hundred-meter crater in the process.

....

The Magician slowly stood up from the crater with a light blue cracked magic force field surrounding him, only to see a humongous figure rushing towards him from afar. Its every step shook the ground.

" Pali aim San ai twe fii ai...." The Magician began to cast another special art.

"Shut The F**k Up!!!"

*DOOM*

The Titan arrived quickly and stomped maniacally on the Magician.

Of course, the Titan would never let him complete his spell. This was the weakness of human otherworlders. The first spell was just a test on the Titan's part.

*DOOM DOOM DOOM DOOM DOOM*

The Titan continued stomping on the Magician which caused the crater to widen.

"Human?" *DOOM*

"Who gives a f**k" *DOOM

"You'd never be like my Titan race" *DOOM

"So what if you have the numbers, so what if you have the intelligence" *DOOM*

"The Titans will always be above you, do you understand!" *DOOM*

"You guys just have the support of a lot of gods, yeah that's right" *DOOM*

"I don't understand what those gods see in your race that they favor you guys so much..." * DOOM*

"They must be f**king blind" *DOOM

"WELL!, where is your god now... Hahahaha" *DOOM*

.....

*Silence*

At that very moment, every single creature nearby stopped fighting and stared in amazement. Not at the Titan though.

But at the moon-sized golden eye that just appeared in the sky.

Even the Titan stopped stomping the magician and gazed upward in...fear.

"SUCH ARROGANCE!"

*BOOOOOM*

When the loud monotone voice rang out from the eye, every single creature, every single one of them... was forced to bow down.

Even the dragons flying in the sky could only crash heavily one by one to the yellow earth.

Utterly dominating.

That kind of power...It could only be that of a...god.

Both the Titan and the Magician had to bow their heads to that kind of power, though the Magician was excited by the turn of events.

With his head still facing down, he clapped his hand as he said with vigor. "Lord Ozia, I your devoted follower greets you."

The gigantic eye in the sky squinted before a glow surrounded the Magician. When the glow resided, the Magician was gone.

The Titan upon seeing this resisted the pressure he was feeling and roared out. "I... I am unwilling! I refuse to admit defeat! I refuse to cower, I refuse to bow!!."

The large eye looked at him annoyed but also... in amusement.

"OF COURSE YOUR UNWILLING, YOUR A TITAN, YOUR NATURALLY DEFIANT TO HIGHER POWERS," The eye said.

Suddenly, the eye started giving off a brighter glow, almost like a second sun.

" And I'm f**king proud of it!" The Titan said, this time standing upright. No longer feeling the pressure, he gained some false confidence 'The elders were wrong, the gods are not as dangerous as they say'.

"BUT IN THE END..."

"What?.."

"YOU'RE JUST ANOTHER OTHERWORLDER.."

"...We shall prevail!..."

"I'M A GOD"

"You're a piece of shit!"

"YOU ARE BENEATH ME"

"F**k you!..."

"KNOW YOUR PLACE!!!"

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM*

A large golden fist of pure energy, even bigger than the Titan, appeared in the sky and shot down toward the Titan.

The now flabbergasted Titan could only look on as this devastating power slammed into him.

The fist of power did not just punch him down. It smashed him into the yellow earth and before he knew it, he was already halfway in the entire planet.

*DOOOM*CRUMBLE*

The red Titan burst out of the other side of the planet with his back completely unrecognizable from before. Now it had pieces of red flesh hanging loose and also exposing a few bones.

Because of the swift change in gravity, he was still going up. After some time he fell back and landed not too far from the hole he made. It was unclear whether he was still alive.

Ozia had literally punched him right through a planet.

Both the humans and the extraterrestrials were utterly shocked.

...

Al'ravee suddenly woke up startled. "What a weird dream".

The dream he just had felt weird to him. It had spaceships, dragons, and weird aliens.

Though, because he was sleepy, he didn't think much of it and went back to sleep.

.... ...

Jurdelious and Krene who were sitting outside discussing suddenly looked in a certain direction.

"It's been so long, I bet that even they have forgotten the reason behind this war," Jurdelious said with a playful smile.

Krene instead frowned and said. "Hmm, Ozia has already reached the skygod level, his presence alone can alert The Link in any mortal god."

Jurdelious still had that playful smirk. "Don't worry about it, I'll give him a 'simple' warning, hahaha. Nothing will ruin my boy's experience"

If anyone looked at the night sky at this moment, they'll be able to see a new bright golden star shining intensely. The golden star suddenly disappeared.

Krene and Jurdelious continued their discussion. They obviously didn't care about the planet that was just destroyed. It was barren anyway.

He was the now twenty-three-year-old Al'ravee. At the sides of his head were sprouting beards and as of now, he looked more mature. 'Divera' is his last name so most, if not everyone, besides his parents, knew him as Ravee Divera."Oh, thank you, Eilis.." Al'ravee said in his now deeper voice. He turned to his computer to continue his work. He sat on that chair of his for hours, just like the rest of them, with no time to rest for now. Jurdelious wore the same thing except that instead of black, he had white shoes on."Ah! Hominid clothes are as comfy as always," Jurdelious said in his usual deep voice. Krene did not say anything, she just kept looking at the vast expanse of land that looked like green, brown, and black paintwork from high above.Jurdelious continued talking. "Do you know what I enjoy most these years?.. It's observing all these mortals, especially the humans. Their similar yet completely different way of life is always amusing to watch. If others were here, it'd be more fun to gamble."Once again, Krene just kept silent. She narrowed her eyes as she gazed with unbreakable concentration. If someone fol
