Dinner is in progress at the luxurious hotel. Cesare has just arrived and is sitting alone. A waiter came and approached him. "Good evening sir, would you like to order some food now?" A waiter came over and asked very kindly. The waiter even bowed his body slightly to pay his respects to Cesare.
