Maxwell turned around and walked away, there was no need standing there and talking to Vicky any more when he had already made his words clear. She stood there looking at him, but he did not bother to turn around and look at her. He knew that his actions must have surprised her and left her glued to the ground since he has always been nice to her and chased her around.
