Chapter 30

As the beautiful city of Greenwich was drawn to another day, the streets were filled with Many men and women going about their daily activities.

Maxwell was one of them. He had an appointment in which he had promised Mirabella that he would show up and did not need to go back on his words. He wanted to go since his father was an honorable man before he died. He wanted to live up to his name and keep to the promise that he made to his friend.

He did not know this woman that much but then, he was not going to dress up nicely just to impress anyone, he had his identity to hide as well so he wouldn't have to show up looking lavish in style and swag. When the taxi driver pulled over in front of the two-story mansion, Maxwell got down from the cab and paid the cab driver before he sped off into the road.

When the bodyguards noticed Maxwell approaching the gate they quickly got out from their post and lined up on a straight line obstructing his way from coming any further.
