Chapter 121

The next day.

Riko paced by his apartment window to await King Morwen's return.

"Where did Daddy go? Why hasn't he come home until now?" Riko looked out the window anxiously. He regretted that he had disappointed his uncle.

"I shouldn't have mentioned my desire to resurrect Valerie's father to you," Riko muttered sadly.

Riko was very worried about King Morwen. Especially since he seemed to be in pain earlier. Riko was afraid that there would be danger on the way.

"Should I go with daddy?" Riko hesitated, but he knew. He feared King Morwen would be even angrier with him because he disobeyed his father's orders.

"What's wrong, Riko?" Arthur walked over to the young man, who looked agitated.

Riko gasped in surprise, spontaneously turning to Arthur.

"Why do you look troubled? What are you thinking about?" Arthur was worried about Riko. Riko was not usually stunned by the window.

Riko sighed heavily, then looked down. "My daddy...." He said sadly, unable to continue his sentence.
