The conference meeting

Everyone turned and saw a well built man with long hair falling loose on his shoulders. He looked at least in his early fifties.

The man sighted Ezra and bowed slightly. “Master Ezra, I didn't know you were here.”

“Sir, I'm sorry, but this man won't pay up–” Freddy quickly said, not to offend his boss, but Ezra walked past him towards the middle aged man.

“Sir, I didn't know he was your guest. I wonder what you see in him.” Ezra said, then next thing Dustin knew, he was smiling.

“We were just talking nicely together. No one was fighting at all.” Ezra said.

Dustin kept quiet, watching the drama before him. Why was that Ezra guy suddenly acting to be nice?

“Oh is that so, master Ezra? Well, I'd like to attend to my guests now.” He said, then frowned at Freddy. “Get back to work now!”

“Well I'll leave you two now.” Said Ezra to the middle-aged man. Then he whispered to Dustin who was still seated, enjoying his drink. “Hey you, this isn't over yet. Watch your back!”
