The Arrogant Valley Master

Anthony sat down calmly, deciding that he wouldn't bother himself much about the so-called execution till he meets their shitty and arrogant valley Lord.

His stomach grumbled, reminding him that he had not eaten dinner.

"Damn it, those bastards. How dare they come just before dinner? Why couldn't they wait for one more hour?" He whispered sadly, remembering the delicious bowls of noodles, tofu dough with lots of juicy meat and fillings, grilled chicken and spiced vegetables which Mo Lan's mom was making for dinner.

She had intended to make dinner with beef, but after Anthony expelled some of the poisonous gasses from Mo Lan's belly, she decided to kill another of her fat chickens, and grill it for Anthony's benefit, to show her gratitude; since she can't offer him anything else than good food and hospitality.

"I didn't even get to enjoy them. Damn it, and it smelled so good," Anthony cursed, holding his belly. The lunch he ate with them gave him an inkling of what a great cook she was
