The meetings with the managers and directors took a little over an hour but it left Rhys completely exhausted, luckily he had enough knowledge and ideas to tackle some of the problems brought up to him. In the conglomerate, there is an order in rank and an hierarchy that must be followed. For common employees, it wasn’t easy to meet with the higher-ups, they could only reach out to the director of whatever department they worked in.

After answering most of their questions to the point of being almost exhausted, he dismissed them all, leaving only himself and Zain in the office that he had chosen. It had a window view of the city and the view was spectacular. When he noticed that his father and grandfather hadn’t reached out to him after the commotion with Christopher, he was confused. He tried to called them but he could only get through to their assistants which meant they were on an important trip or were having an important meeting that they were too busy to receive the phone.
