Donald’s Worries

Alfred's father came back that same day and he also noticed the changes in Alfred and became worried thinking that Alfred might have broken the seal he placed on his pixon gene so he asked about it, "Why do you look so different today Alfred?".

"Come one dad, it's just puberty. And why didn't you come back home yesterday dad", Alfred asked though he was surprised as to why his father asked that question.

"Ohh actually had some things to sort out, I'm really sorry I didn't inform you about you earlier"his father apologized sincerely. "It's okay dad and besides yesterday went well without any problems", Alfred said while emphasizing the last part a little.

"Well…tha…t's oddly….specific"his father muttered to himself as he still has his suspicions about Alfred's sudden changes and how he was cured. Then he suddenly remembered something as he looked at Alfred's neck and chest. "Alfred where's the necklace I gave to you back then", he asked.

" Ohh it's actually in my room", Alfred lied as he doesn't want his father to know that he had lost the necklace he was meant to keep and also the changes that has been going on in his body and about how he's going to see Jade later on the next day.

Unknown to him that his father actually knows more about the new changes he has been experiencing than even himself.

Donald Winston who is also Alfred's father was very young when he met a very beautiful woman who he became friends with and also fell in love with.

Even though everyone was against their relationship back then, they stood by each other without letting anything come between them. He then discovered about the big secret that his wife which is also Alfred's mother was keeping and that is about the Pixon tribe which she is actually their queen.

But he loved her anyway, and they had a peaceful life till Kahn came back and started to hunt her once again to prevent anyone from becoming stronger than him. When Donald met Evangeline (Alfred's mother) she was about one hundred and fifty years of age as those with the Pixon gene don't grow old or fall sick and they gave birth to Alfred many years later.

*SIXTEEN YEARS AGO*

The day she gave birth to Alfred, she found out that he also has the Pixon gene and he was also the next Pixon king as his eyes glowed slightly orange when she looked at him but she knew her son was in danger as Kahn would try to kill him if he found out that another king was born so she gave Donald a very strange but beautiful necklace to suppress Alfred's Pixon side and make him a normal human so Kahn won't find him until he becomes strong enough to fight him.

She then hid both of them in an underground basement in the house and went to face Khan herself but Kahn was too strong for her.

"You can't win against me Evangeline, just give up already. I'm stronger, much stronger than you self righteous bastards", Kahn said to her.

"It's not self-righteousness but simple morality which you can never understand In your life Kahn" she replied as she struggles to get back on her feet but failed as she was badly injured and her injuries were not healing fast enough.

"You only have all this power because you broke Alex's trust and also gave in to the dark side so you'll never be worthy to be the Pixon king. That's the fact"

"I already have what I want and that is being the strongest Pixon alive and no one would stop me from being the strongest"

And they fought for a few more minutes but Evangeline lost the battle and that was how she died. Kahn actually caught wind of two strange scents underground.

"Just humans, couldn't even produce a Pixon child", he said to himself while snorting in disdain. Whoosh! He then ran off ignoring the two 'humans'. A mistake he would come to regret deeply in the future.

*BACK TO THE PRESENT*

Thinking about that unfortunate incident in which he lost the only woman he had ever loved made him feel really bad, And he had already started shedding tears even without knowing it.

"Dad are you really okay?", Alfred asked as he noticed his father seemed to be sobbing.

"Yeah it's nothing serious for you to worry about, I just remembered a precious moment"

Donald said as he realized he was shedding tears when his son was still in front of him.

"But if anything is wrong with you, you'll tell me right?" He asked.

"Yes dad I will", Alfred said. Alfred felt a pain in his heart as he realized he had lied to his father as something was going on with him but he still didn't tell him.

'I'm sorry dad but this is for your own good', Alfred thought.

When Alfred got to his room, he had already seen the broken alarm earlier and was surprised by how much stronger he had become. He then looked at himself in the mirror and tried to make his eyes glow again and it happened. He saw his eyes glowing bright red.

Then he heard another voice inside his head 'Hey Alfred'. Thinking that Jade was trying to talk to him again by changing his voice till he heard it again 'I'm not Jade okay?,am Alex'.
