When Alfred got home,after confirming that his father was okay. Alfred went to his room and kept on thinking to himself,'I'm hindering myself,and Kahn's still after my life. Alex said that I'm refusing a part of my soul and that could keep on slowing my healing.But how do you accept something you never asked for?'. He kept thinking about all that happened and how close he was to death some minutes ago.
