"Oh no," a dart brushed his shoulders. He looked at his and cursed under his breath. He lifted his head, his eyes red from anger. "I have no time to waste on you all; you should come at once," he bellowed. As if on cue, the remaining assassins stepped out from the darkness, their faces grim and determined.

"And you think we have time for you either?" The man retorted.

Without wasting time, Jerome closed the distance between them with lightning speed. His movements were a blur. Before the assassins could raise their weapons, he was upon them. With swift, fluid motion, he knocked them to the ground, their limbs tangled and weapons flying from their hands.
