Duke is leaning against his car when Bloom steps out of his BMW with a box in his hands. Duke has a cigarette hanging between his lips and his hands are deep in his pockets. Melody can't believe what she has heard just now. Her jaw is hanging in the air and she feels a kind of heat engulf her. Maybe she didn't hear him right, maybe it was all in her head.
