The air suddenly seemed hazardous to Rachel as she struggled to breathed in, she didn't know what to expect from an unpredictable woman as Evelyn.

She choked on her own saliva as she tried to gulp it down.

Evelyn smiled warmly, "I accept."

"Wait what?" Rachel asked with her eyes widened.

"I think I can make it work."

"Really!" Rachel squealed with joy.

Evelyn nodded affirmatively with a smile.

"Oh thank you, I promise you, you won't regret this."

"I'm putting my trust in you. Thank you for choosing my Owen." Evelyn smirked.

"Oh come on, who else would make a good match for my darling daughter if not Owen."

"Oh! you flatter me-" Evelyn chuckled softly, "-i'm happy to hear we are both on the same page, parents who wants what's best for their children."

"Definitely! We're both good parents for sure."

"And your daughter is on the same page as us too right?"

"Oh definitely, she's all Owen's."

Evelyn chuckled, "great, let's order something." She said as she flung open the menu.
