"Apologies, sir, for the mistake. I assure you it won't occur again," Mr. Duncan humbly apologized, bowing in contrition.

Alexander acknowledged his apology with a nod and motioned for him to take a seat, which Mr. Duncan promptly did.

"To begin with, I understand that our primary focus has been on food delivery. However, in order to expand and thrive in this competitive market, we need to diversify our services. Relying solely on food delivery won't be sufficient," Alexander explained.

Mr. Duncan responded, "Indeed, sir. I've been contemplating that myself, which is why we've already begun delivering some raw materials to certain companies."

Alexander acknowledged this but expressed his desire for more significant growth. "While that's a good start, the scale is still too limited," he said.
